Zons

We went to Zons on a perfect Fall day to get pumpkins. Zons is a medieval town about a 20 minute drive outside of Köln. We went to a Christmas Market there 6 years ago that was AMAZING. Zons also has an awesome Wildpark where you can see and feed all sorts of animals outside (I’ll post about it later). Tante Ruth told us about a sweet little farm that sells pumpkins, vegetables, and flowers. We had a great day!

Herbst is here!!!

This is the first year that the girls have experienced a real Fall Season (Herbst in German). They are beyond thrilled and so am I! Fall is my favorite season and being a New England girl at heart, I’ve really missed having a TRUE Autumn (during the past 12 years in San Diego).
